What: The Retreat @ Bear Root Farm is a place for business and ministry leaders who desire to step away to retreat - leaning into rest and renewal.

Why: Over the last 25 years, Brian and I have been leaders in church ministry and in business, and know first hand the deep need for retreat and rest. We can not pour into others if we ourselves are not filled back up - and yet too often we just keep going until we can’t. However, we believe God has called us to thrive, not just survive, in the work he has called us to do. That is why we desire to offer a place of retreat that allows leaders and their families to rest and recharge.
